The website www.culinia.cz is operated by ARAMARK, s.r.o., Company ID No. 45794707, with its registered office at Pekařská 628/14, 155 00 Prague 5, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 11351 (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
The Operator hereby issues these Terms of Use governing the use of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”). The Website is publicly accessible free of charge, and its use is governed by these Terms.
By browsing or otherwise using the Website, the User agrees to these Terms.

The Operator hereby declares that, pursuant to Act No. 121/2000 Coll., the Copyright Act, it holds all rights relating to its own content on the Website, including its text and design, technical drawings, graphics, all images displayed on the Website, as well as the selection and arrangement of the files contained on the Website.
